How do I find and download my 1099-NEC in the payroll portal?

Accessing Your 1099-NEC Form

Your annual tax documents are stored securely within the APlus Payroll Portal. To view or download your 1099-NEC for the current tax year, follow these steps:

  1. Log In to the APlus payroll portal.

  2. Locate the My Pay & Tax Forms tab on the main dashboard.

  3. Hover over that tab and select 1099-NEC Forms from the bottom of the dropdown list.

  4. Click the magnifying glass icon on the left-hand side of the document line to open the file.

  5. From there, you can save it as a PDF or print it for your records.

Important Reminders

  • Availability: 1099s are typically generated and uploaded by January 31st each year. If you do not see a form for the most recent year, it may still be in processing.
