How do I collect money from clients? Can I do it through the CCS Simple Practice account?

You are not able to collect any funds from clients through your CCS Simple Practice account.

You select a payment collection system (Ivy Pay, Stripe, separate EHR etc.) of your own choice to collect any and all funds from clients, ensuring that those funds go directly to your private practice bank account. 

Why? This ensures you are in charge of how much clients are charged and when. If there is an issue with an insurance claim, your clients won't be erroneously charged before we have the chance to correct it.
