How do I request to be paneled with additional insurance companies?

To begin the application for a new carrier, follow these two essential steps:

  1. Submit Your Request: Send an email to the CCS credentialing team specifying which insurance companies you would like to be added to.

  2. Audit Your CAQH: Before our team can submit your new application, you must log in to your CAQH ProView profile to ensure:

    • Documents are current: Check that your malpractice insurance, board certifications, and state licenses are not expired.

    • Attestation is active: Ensure you have re-attested your profile within the last 120 days.

Why CAQH Matters

If your CAQH profile has expired documents or an inactive attestation, the insurance carrier will automatically reject your application. Keeping this profile "Current" is the fastest way to reduce your wait time and get your "In-Network" effective date.
