Can I send the CCS benefits team my clients to verify before I am in-network with insurance under CCS?

No, our team is not able to verify your clients before you are in-network. Verifying your first client with our team establishes the billing dynamic under CCS from that point onward.

To ensure accuracy and system integrity, the CCS benefits team only processes verifications for clients who are ready to transition to our billing infrastructure immediately.

  • Establishing the Billing Dynamic: When our team verifies benefits, they are simultaneously creating the clinical chart and setting up insurance for active billing.

  • The "Ready to Bill" Rule: Only submit a request once you are officially in-network and prepared to log sessions under CCS for that client from that date forward.

  • Avoid Early Submissions: Submitting requests before you are in-network can result in unwanted billing and confusion.

Please do not send our benefits team any verification requests for any clients until you are fully prepared to bill that client under CCS from the date of that verification request onward.
