Can I get an update on where I’m at in the credentialing process?

Each insurer has its own paneling process, but on average it takes about 4 months to receive an in-network effective date once your CAQH has been set up with CCS-specific information (up to 1 month for us to submit your application and ~90 days for them to complete their review).

As a big-picture update, we’re working on a provider portal that will let you track your credentialing status across all insurance companies in real time. The provider portal is currently in the development phase, and we hope to launch it soon.
